I'm Jared, founder of Flagstone HR Solutions. Before starting Flagstone, I spent almost a decade in staffing and recruiting, working across tech, healthcare, industrial, accounting, and finance in multiple states.

That's where I saw the same thing happen over and over: businesses treating hiring like a one-off task instead of a process, and paying for it later with turnover, bad fits, or roles that sit open for months.

Now I help companies build a hiring process that gets the right person in the role and keeps them there. This blog is where I write about what that looks like in practice.
